InterNations Cluj Napoca (Bucharest)

Hi all,

I would like to start gathering people around the idea of opening a new InterNations site in Cluj Napoca; I think there are plenty of people interested, and we need to start thinking about it ;
This year, there will be no new sites opened, but if we are prepared for the beginning of next year I think the chances are that Cluj will also benefit of it :)

Please let me know your thoughts and let's get this started :)
