Fast growing company, it will progressively enlarge its scope to other activities and is currently looking for a Senior IS Project Manager in the HR division.
The Senior IS Project Manager supports the Transition and Continuous Improvement team in all aspects related to the process transformation and transition of countries in scope into the European HR SSC in Bucharest, as well as in the continuous improvement opportunities identification and implementation.
Manage the change management activities related to HR IS tools standardization (European level) by respecting the roadmap, deadlines and budget;
Support the roll out of the corporate HRIS tools for all countries in European HR SSC scope. Ensure a smooth transition from the local HRIS tools to the corporate ones.
Responsible for project schedule, resources planning, people training and stakeholders management. Provide expertise and consulting to the local HRIS team during the project.
Successfully track progress & deliverables to requirements, plan and solve any deviation.
Act as an information bridge between HR SSC team in Bucharest, corporate IT department and the customer; prepares and presents updates and project reviews
Identify and assess the customization requests for the corporate HRIS tools in order to balance each country’s specificities with the core solutions. Works cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes
Supports on boarding of new business activities for HR SSC in Bucharest by following the standard transformation methodology.
Continuously improve the toolkits and methodologies used within HRIS
Minimum 4 years of managing complex projects in a technical environment
Previous experience in working with relational database systems. Oracle Fusion would be a plus
Able to work efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands
Ability to cooperate closely with international and cross-functional integrated project teams
Advanced level of both English and French
International PMP certification and lean Six Sigma would be a plus
Analytical thinking and problems solving skill
Excellent communication skills
