New to Bucharest

Hello, my name is Samantha im 35 and have been living in Bacau Romania for almost 3 years. My husband, who is Romanian, and I have recently opened a new dental practice in Bucharest (Bucharest British Dental Place)and we are now planning to move the whole family (2 kids, 2 dogs!) to Bucharest within the next few months.

I would like some tips on best areas to live, we will need a big apartment with a garden potentially for the dogs and would like to be close to some good english preschools as both children are under 4, plus we dont want to be too far from our practice which is near the London Street Bistro on Str Putul lui Zamfir. Not sure if this is at all logistically possible but would love some advice!!!

Also I would like to know the best bars/restaurants etc to go to meet other British? We will be in Bucharest this weekend if anyone would like to meet up or could tell me the best places to go?
