Office Space or Similar Needed (Bucharest)

Does anybody know a place in Bucharest where a community drumming group could practise every Wednesday evening? Due to the sound it needs to be a place where there are no neighbours to disturb. So perhaps a boardroom in an office building that is not used in the evenings? Or a central room in a school? 7 metres X 7 metres plus about 20 chairs would be OK. They also need a secure lockable space on-site to store the drums during the week - about 2m by 2m. Somewhere central preferred, or a little further out is OK if it's close to good public transport links. It's a community group so needs a free or low budget space.
