Oncology in Romania (Bucharest)

Anyone in Romania that works for the foreign media? I've been at an oncology clinic in Teleorman county over the past few days and I'm trying to create awareness of the conditions the cancer patients are subjected to (black mold, dirt galore, rusted beds and nightstands, dirty mattresses, no air conditioning, really subhuman conditions), in addition to these people not receiving cancer treatment. I've taken lots of pictures if anyone can help.
These patients are really treated less than animals.
