Procedures for purchasing a used car (Bucharest)

Hello everyone,

Me and my wife recently moved to Bucharest, and I am going to purchase a car for us in around two months. Does anyone know the procedures for purchasing a used car (what do I need to do, where do I need to go etc.)? And a note: I am a non-EU citizen and I will have my residence permit when I am going to purchase the car.
