Running in Bucharest

Hello everybody. I'll travel to Bucharest on Friday and have a few hours to kill Saturday morning. I love running in other cities and was going to in Bucharest as well. I'm staying in the Radisson. I found this course on the web and found it quite attractive: Protected content . Any comments or other tips? How bad is that stray dog problem really that foreign media are reporting about?
