RESPONSIBILITIES / BENEFITS:
We are looking for competent persons to fill in customer care agent vacancies within an inbound project offering consular services. Our Customer Care Agent’s responsibilities are to answer phone calls, chats or e-mails and provide the requested information about the conditions to entry in a specific country.
This is why a coherent speech, timeliness and proactive attitude are essential.Training: All the necessary information will be provided to the Customer Care Agent during training sessions.
Schedule: from Monday to Friday, you can choose to work full time (8h/day) or part time:
Shift A : from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Shift B : from 2:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The shifts A and B will alternate on a weekly basis.Location: We are located in a well-known part of Bucharest, close to Pipera Boulevard. You can easily reach us by public transportation.Skills: Previous experience as a call center / customer care agent is not required, but it can be an advantage.Salary: to be determined after the interview.
