What credit card company do you use? (Bucharest)

I'm new in Bucharest, and is still settling all my practicalities in both Sweden and my new country.
Today I was about to cancel my Swedish credit card, but got a really good offer if I choose to stay with it even after I leave the country (free of yearly fee, upgrade to card including e.g. Priority Pass for global lounge access at airports, concierge service, really good travel and electronics insurance for everything purchased with the card etc).
Big downside however was the 2% currency exchange charge they put on every transaction that is not in Swedish SEK.

Would be interesting to hear how other non-Romanians, especially those travelling extensively, have chosen credit card and why? What's the recommended, most beneficial option available? Signing up domestically or a company abroad?
