Working Environment, Ethics etc... in Bucharest

Hi , I have been having a team in Bucharest about 5 years as an international company.
I am coming and staying in Bucharest for 3 weeks from April 1st, I am hoping we could exchange information and knowledge about hiring/working situation from International company point of views if anyone at there learning every day like me.
Also, if you know anyone could give us professional guide hiring in Romania with PFA status. would be great.
