Bank account (Budapest)

Hi everyone,

I've seen a few trend about this topic but just wanted to confirm..

I'm moving to budapest and I need to open a local bank account. I'm looking for something with good Eservice (preferably an app) to handle money transfers and such between France and Hungary. English speaking service in case of need... Well basically something suitable for expats.

From what I've understood, CityBank would be the best candidate?
