Car for one year (Budapest)

Hello All,

I am going to be located in Szekesfehervar Hungary from July Protected content . I will be there for at least a year. Can someone give me an idea of how much it would cost me to buy THE CHEAPEST second hand car to use for one year? Or is it better to lease/rent. How expensive is the insurance and other mandatory costs?

I just plan to use it for local transportation between office, gym and home. May be Protected content a day. Also give me an idea of the approx fuel cost.

Is public transportation good? cheaper?
