CLOUDAGENTS / COMFORCE operates call center projects with international agents all around the world. What makes us unique, is that our agents are home based, we never meet them in person, we guide, train, couch them virtually. Our Call Center is 100% CloudBased.
For our in-house, Budapest located team we are looking for a Cloud Call Center Team leader.
Requirements for candidates:
•Call center experience is not a must, but project management skills are required
•C1 level German and fluent English, additional language is a plus
•Hungarian work permit
•Open minded, has multicultural experience
•Can manage people, communicate with them, solve their problems effectively
•Excel, Word, Power Point is a good friend of yours
•Not afraid of data mining, reporting
•Customer focus mentality
•Diligent work ethic with ability to pay attention to details
The scope of the work:
•Control, manage and coordinate multilingual agents who are working remotely
•Campaign scheduling, creating scripts, and information materials
•Preparing reports, quality indicators and presentations on a regular basis
•Provide feedback / guidance and support to contact center agents
•Train our agents for better performance
