Customs in Hungary (Budapest)

Hi all! I was wondering if anyone knows about how long a shipment should be in customs for if it is NOT alcohol, tobacco and is less that Protected content in cost. I have had a few things not arrive since moving to Hungary. They mysteriously disappeared enroute to my house. I am expecting a package that has a tracking number. The number states that it arrived at Hungarian customs clearance on the morning of Friday Nov, 18th. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with how long it usually takes for things to get cleared through customs. Thanks for any information!
