Moving to Hungary soon (Budapest)

Hello everyone!

My name is Elizabeth and shortly I will be moving to Papa to take a position with NATO at the air base. I have a ton of questions if anyone has time to answer some of them, that would be great!

1. What is the cost of living like? (Housing, groceries etc.) We'd be looking for a house preferably.

2. Does anyone know about bringing pets in from the United States?

3. Is there any work to be done for an attorney? My husband is a lawyer and will have to seek employment.

4. If you are an expat, what is the one thing you wish you would have known before moving?

5. (this is silly) But, what is the internet like in Hungary? If my husband works from home, he will need access to internet with decent speeds. Can anyone advise?
