Offer from TCS (Budapest)

Current location : Cluj-Napoca, Romania

I've received an offer from TCS in Budapest for the Accounts Payable position, I will take part of the transition from the Netherlands towards Budapest.

Currently I'm earning Protected content before tax (gross) approx ~ Protected content in Cluj, which is Protected content after tax (net) approx ~ Protected content

My question is,

1. Should I move to Budapest with the current offer from Budapest?
2. Will I be able to support me and my wife?
3. How much HUF is it after TAX?
4. Is life and all other cost-related more expensive or cheaper compared with Cluj-Napoca.

In case it's cheaper, it's advisable for me to move. In case it's more expensive, it's advisable to think about it.

I hope somebody can help me out, prefer prior experience with Cluj-Napoca and Romania.
