Hi all, I am a qualified Personal Trainer originally from Australia but just relocated from London, UK I need your feedback, I am looking to design and implement a more health and fitness social concept to members of internations. such events will be :
a walking club around various locations around budapest a running group a hiking group core stability- abs workout a spinning( cycling class) a circuit abs,legs, and bum class nutritional cooking yoga/pilates- to increase tone and flexibility
just to mention a few- this is very important for those whom would like to keep fit and network at the same time. Please tell me about
what time is convient- morning, lunch, evening day of week- Monday, Tues, Wednesday, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun frequency- weekly, bi-monthly, monthly also please indicate what social/fitness concept you will enjoy or please add your own.
