High level of English, fluency in Swedish Stress-resistant personality Accuracy, customer-focused attitude Good knowledge of Excel, SAP is an advantage min 1 year relevant experience in a multinational environment (customer relation / supply chain management) is an advantage fresh grads are also highly welcome
Manage client contracts Handle customer claims in a proper manner Track orders and manage day to day communication with customers Manage customer database Manage customers' complaints Ensure accurate service request status Close service request on time with required data Manage service related customer claims Resolve issues and participate in improvement planning
