We provide customer service for a German webshop in Sweden. We need to help new clients in registration if they are stuck in the process via phone or e-mail. We also have to make outbound calls every second week to customers who received a Direct Mail about the webshop to see if they received the mail and if they register, etc. Opening hours are from Monday to Friday from Protected content . If someone can work less, that is also good,we consider job share as well. We can offer 5 USD/ hour. If someone is interested but would negotiate the fee, that is also welcome. All you need to have is Swedish language knowledge, a computer, headset and broadband internet, the job can be done from home. We provide the training, call handling software and other programs needed to fulfil the task. All can be managed online.
