Tai Chi for beginners on Margit island - Enjoy in your energy and beauty of Margit island ( in the case of rain the class will be canceled).
Initially, Tai Chi was practiced as a fighting form in ancient China. Through time it has evolved into a soft, slow, and gentle form of exercise which can be practiced by people of all ages to improve mind-body coordination, breath and movement control, coordination, balance, and to reduce stress.
Time: every Monday, from 6 :30 p.m to 08:00 p.m.
Location: Margit island, in the park beside Grand Hotel.
Classes are in English and Hungarian.
Meeting at 6:25 p.m in front of the entrance of Grand Hotel
