Staff Development Associate (ML&C e-learning)

ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT

The position is located in the Global Service Centre in Budapest. In the context of professionalizing the UNHCR Staff Development function, the incumbent contributes towards shaping and promoting performance and learning culture in UNHCR. S/he supports the learning activities under his/her area of responsibility and provides admin/finance support.
Particular experience with e-learning development software, such as Articulate Storyline, UPK development, GoAnimate, HDML programming or equivalent software would be valuable.
