Trash removal (Budapest)

Hey everybody,
So I finally moved into my apartment... it appears my landlord thought of it as some sort of storing shack and that I am the first tenant minding it. Anyways, I think I have finally put it all together and now need to get rid of it. Protected content
What is the regulation on getting rid of stuff like that? It includes electronic devices (Hifi, TV) from the stone age and other useless stuff. It´s a wild mix really and I am not sure if I can just bring it down to the trash and the dudes will get rid of it?
Oh and while we are it: the storm smashed my window and broke one of the windows... any good handyman would be vastly appreciated!
