Use of Visa Euro card to get HUF (Budapest)

Hi,
I am new to BP. My employer has provide me a Visa Euro card which has some balance in Euro. I need to know what is the best way to get forint out of my card. Below are the option which I can think of, but not sure which one is best:
1. Use any ATM which accepts euro visa card and dispenses forint.
2. Use a ATM which accepts visa card and dispenses Euro. Then convert these to forint at any exchange counter. Please provide me address of any such ATM near Ferenciek Tere.
3. Use my card at any exchange counter to get forint. Not sure if there is any such counter as I visited few of them and they all accept cash only.
