Weight Loss Bootcamp 2011-Outdoor Fitness Training (Budapest)
Hi, my name is Ryan Phillips a fully certified Personal Trainer and Fat Loss Coach from the UK. I'm currently looking for people to help to lose weight and get fit through my outdoor weight loss/fitness Boot Camp which runs twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays from 6:15-7pm City Park. If you are serious about achieving long term weight loss the Boot Camp program runs for 4 consecutive weeks per block and includes a 9 page nutrition e-book, 5 page report on the 6 foods to avoid for rapid fat loss, a 4 step goal setting guide, 12 weeks of personalised daily motivational emails, home cardio program and access to our members only forum (shared with our UK Boot Camp). If on the other hand you are only in Budapest for a few weeks and would like to maintain your fitness whilst travelling or just try something new you can drop into sessions on a pay as you go basis.
