Which Bank? (Budapest)

Dear Expats,

I'm currently having some troubles with my bank, Raiffeisen. It's been almost 3 months and the bank deducted almost 9,000 HUF via various reasons under "expenses". As far as I know these expenses are not normal and other banks do not deduct such amount of money. So are there any banks you would suggest me? I was thinking about Citi Bank but according to a new policy they don't accept any clients with less then 10,000€. So any other suggestions?
