Your Favourite Budapest

Hi Budapest Community,
What's come up in your mind when you have only 2.5 days free? Your advice got through 'Budapest Experiece' would be highly appreciated.
I am planning to visit the city this Autumn, so, any idea about cultural stroll-around,creative foods, refined desserts, cozy places or refreshing idea would also be of interest. Could you share your 'Favorite Budapest'?

(P.S.) Preferably would like to avoid touristic restaurants.
