Au-pair in Buenos Aires

Hello!

I'm new to this forum and is preparing for a move to BA in August. I'm moving alone with my daughter and therefor need someone to take care of my daughter after school and until I get back from work. I'm looking into the possibility to bring an au-pair with me. Is there anyone who can explain to me the( legal) process step by step I need to do in order to make that happen? Argentina and working laws are complicated and I'm in a "rush" but need to do it all the right way. So what "tramites" do I need to do? Do I pay socia/workingl costs in Argentina etc?

I would appreciate any kind of guidance!
