TXT International is a Buenos Aires based executive search agency focusing on the top 5% of the Global executive search market, operating successfully for the last 8 years. Our business is growing strongly in the Brazilian market, and we are in search of fully bilingual English and Portuguese speakers to join our company here in Buenos Aires as a Business Developer. The focus of this position will be to generate new leads and increase sales in Brazil through building and maintaining customer relationships.
Successful candidates must have a strong sales background, be professional and outgoing. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the capability and willingness to cold call potential clients with confidence, are key to success in this position. Candidates with diverse education and experiences in communications, marketing, PR, sales and customer service have proven to be very successful in this role in the past.
For successful candidates we offer an attractive base salary plus a highly lucrative commission package, private medical insurance and 4 weeks paid holiday. High performers on this sales team tend to quadruple their base salary pay on a monthly basis. Relevant and focused on the job training will be provided. This is a full-time position.
