Cheap Telephone for Argentina (Buenos Aires)

I am looking for a cheap telephone to use for just calling and texting (with music would be awesome too). Does anyone have one to sell for cheap or know where the best place to find one would be??

My iPhone finally decided to quit working for me after only 3 months of being here. Just need something to get me by until I can figure out how to get another one down here inexpensively. I saw a 3g for sale (unblocked) on CL for $105 USD but it feels too good to be true. Any ideas on that as well?
