Connect with Tech Industry Folks - Mobile Apps (Buenos Aires)

Hello!

Am trying to find a connection to Tech Industry experts, Computer Science Professors, Career Development Folks, Developers, or any others that this applies to. My Mobile Application development company is doing research to consider expanding and open an office in Buenos Aires, and would like to discuss job opportunities and the current market.

Will be in town visiting the week of March 31st and would like to connect in person at that time. Also looking for any tech events, meetups, etc that would be applicable if anyone has any suggestions.
