The role will assist the Talent Manager in the sourcing of international graduates to work as Executive Recruiters and/or Business Developers for TXT International. They will be responsible for developing interest of applicants, screening and interviewing of potential candidates, and assisting the selected talent for an international move. As TXT is a rapidly growing company, this is a vital position to help cultivate and promote future success by acquiring high potential candidates.
Responsibilities will include:
Effective use and optimization of graduate and university websites to create an influx of applicants.
Reviewing a high volume of CVs and quickly identifying quality profiles.
Successful and efficient screening of potential candidates.
Recognizing an individual's ability and skills through the interview and screening process -- specifically seeking strengths in communication, sales experience, out-going personality and motivation.
Developing new strategies to attract talent from all over of the world.
Use of social media to create new candidate submission streams.
Successful candidates must be professional, articulate, intelligent, and self-driven. The ability to call and effectively communicate over the phone is essential.
Native level English required
