Health Insurance (Buenos Aires)

Hi all,

I am moving to BA in March and am curious about the Health Insurance options. I've read that you can buy an Argentine Health plan for a pretty reasonable rate, and I have also seen options for expats health plans that work globally. Does anyone have any experience with either of these?
I should note that I also have a pre-existing condition, and I am not sure if that is relevant elsewhere in the world or if it's just how US healthcare companies screw over Americans.
