Health/Travel Insurance in Argentina (Buenos Aires)

I am moving to Buenos Aires from the UK in January indefinitely and I was wondering about what people in similar situations have done about travel/health insurance.

I have got some quotes for travel insurance but as I dont know when/if I will return to the UK it is proving difficult to find the right thing.
