How to visit Buenos Aires in 5 days

Dear Expat in Buenos Aires, Finally I am going to South America, Buenos Aires for 5 days between Feb 14 to 19. I would like to get some ideas from you on what I could plan my trip, not yet booked anything. What is the good and safe jog routes to see the city, what are the interested local food (beside stake) to try and where, where is a good area to stay, lively, safe and not too expensive, should I trust AirBNB, etc.? I am happy to provide info about New York City, Taipai, Geneva, Cuba, Iceland, a few more for exchange info about Buenos Aires. Thank you.
