In BA in March for a month (Buenos Aires)

Hi, I will be in Buenos Aires around the 7th March for 1 month. I may pass through BA also around the 22nd and 23rd March.

Would appreciate any tips for 3 things:
1) reasonable (inexpensive) but decent accommodation maybe in Palermo area/ other safe area.
2) Information on good tango dance teachers/ schools, and milongas. Will be focussing on that.
3) School/ teacher for Spanish lessons (at least 3 times a week)
