We also have our Rasoi-made kadai spice, Kadai Paneer, the Hara Bhara kebabs filled with richness of spinach and peas for these winter days, and to sweeten up after all the spciy food, the Shahi tukda, goodness of sweet topped with rabri and dry fruits :)
