myZone Media Inc. is currently recruiting for a highly qualified social media marketing coordinator.
About Us: myZone Media is a digital marketing agency that helps nightlife professionals create incredible events. Our ticketing platform, ticketZone.com, powers the ticketing & admissions for 1,000's of clients while our marketing platform, clubZone.com, provides event information to more than 22 million people per year.
Social media support:
-Monitoring and responding to all Facebook and Twitter interactions and communications
-Creating relevant and dynamic social media campaigns that increase interaction with followers
-Maintaining daily social media posts
-Remaining up-to-date regarding current social media trends for nightlife and concert promotions in respective cities
General online marketing support:
-Assist with inbound link development, email marketing and general online marketing.
Requirements of Applicants:
-A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
-Native English speaker with perfect written communication
-Minimum of two years experience with social media marketing required
-General understanding of how websites rank online
-Experience with email marketing software an asset
-Contract writing experience is an asset
-Strong computer skills: Excel, Outlook etc.
-Strong Internet skills: Google Docs, Skype, Search etc.
-Extremely detailed oriented
-Ability to effectively prioritize work flow
-Experience with task management and/or project management software
-Excellent task and time management skills
-Excellent oral and written communications skills
Compensation: $1,250 USD / month (+ internet compensation)
