moving from italy to buenos aires with children (Buenos Aires)

Hi,
I'm planning to move from italy to buenos aires the next summer.
I will work in recoleta and my children will attend the cristoforo colombo school in belgrano.
I would be grateful to receive from you some suggestions about Where to live. A quite and safe place in BA where living with children, not too much expensive, close to shops and public transports.
