Moving to Argentina (Buenos Aires)

Hi all! I am moving to Buenos Aires in October to settle down with my Argentinian boyfriend, and I'm having some concerns about the visa process. I don't have a job yet; I've found a lot of listings but most of them require me to wait until I'm in the country. How difficult is it to get the work visa once you have a job, and how long will the process take?

I also am trying to find a solution to paying my loans while I'm out of the country. I was just going to wait until I have residency to open a bank account but I'm afraid I won't be able to get by without absurd foreign transaction fees/international wires.

I'm really excited for the move but I was hoping someone who has been through it had some advice to settle my nerves.
