Pregnancy in Buenos Aires

my husband is working for a petroleum company and will transferred to BA fir professional reasons from next January.
I'm pregnant and at this date I will be around 7th month .
this is our first child and I would like to avoid a 6 months separation staying alone in Europe until the baby delivery and 2/3months to be authorized to travel with him .
that's why I'm really considering to go with my husband in January and have the baby in Buenos Aires.
Does someone has a special clinic or doctor or midwife to suggest? concerning shopping for baby ,do you confirm that I will find everything there ?
