Thoughts of moving back to Mar del Plata (Buenos Aires)

Living in the US for almost 50 yrs. now, but would like to move back home. I have all my relatives in Mar del Plata, am a hair designer, and would be moving with my American husband. Anyone know anything about property taxes, utilities, car prices? Any info would be appreciated in this starting phase. Thank you!
