Trying to move to Argnetina (Buenos Aires)

Hello everyone :)

I have visited Buenos Aires not long ago and completely fell in love with the city and am looking to move back permanently and find a job. Can anyone advise me on how the visa situation would work? Would I be able to get a job and do the paperwork for the visa there/what would be the time frame from when I receive an offer to be actually being able to go work there.
