WHAT TO DO WITH MY MONEY AS A FOREIGNER!! (Buenos Aires)

Hi, guys! This is a little rushed because I am planning to move to Argentina soon but I am leaving in 3 days (sooner than expected). Now my big question is:
WHAT DO I DO WITH MY MONEY?
Do i empty out my bank account and just carry cash around to pay with everything in Argentina?? I won't be eligible to open a bank account when I get there because I won't have a job right away.. What do i do? hehehe
