Where to meet to talk and practice spanish in BA (Buenos Aires)

Hola to everyone!
I have a foreign friends living un BA. They have a 15 years old daughter and she want to make expat friends to talk and practice spanish, etc., There are place (café or bar) where foreigns or tourists meet to talk spanish/english? If it´s possible near to downtown area.
