Healthcare in Bujumbura, particularly for children

Hi, we are considering moving to Bujumbura with our 3 year old and 1.5 year old. Our main concern is the level of healthcare. I would be grateful if anyone could let me know what the quality of healthcare is like, particularly for children. If the children get ill is there access to decent healthcare? Are there doctors trained to international standards with decent equipment?
