Advice needed for babysitting and housekeeping. (Cairo)

Dear members,

I would really appreciate your suggestion on the best way to hire a housekeeper and/or nanny.

Are there any trustworthy agencies around Cairo, that trains people, and could provide Free of Criminal Record and Health certificates for prospective employees?

Do you recommend any other way of hiring that would most likely get me the best help available.
