Buying a home in Cairo

I am new to Cairo and am contemplating buying a (resale) property here in Cairo and need help please.

Could anyone recommend a reliable English-speaking lawyer who can advise me and manage my purchase please?

Does buyer also have to pay commission to an estate agent? if so, how much please?

If I buy from a bowab's recommendation, do I pay him commission? How much please?

Any particular caveats regarding buying property in Egypt please?
