Charity work in South of Egypt (Cairo)

Hi all,
I am a paediatrician thinking about relocating & doing some charity work back home {Egypt } , though my Arabic is at best mediocre. Any tips/ ideas where to start. I have done a year in Tanzania but that's through a prof org. Any thing sort of similar here?
