Copyright Lawyer needed (Cairo)

Hello all,

does anyone know a good Copyright lawyer here in Egypt that speaks English and Arabic and deals with Photography copyright?

I found a few in Cairo, but they either don't answer their phone, have a fax instead of a phone or all of a sudden don't deal with copyright no more when they have a English speaking person on the line.

The lawyer can be situated anywhere in Egypt.
