Hiring Exec. Director – Event Management in Cairo

US based Event & Hospitality company is looking to build a team in Cairo, Egypt. It is in need of an Executive Director to lead the client relations and to represent the company to current and potential clients and partners.

The Executive Director should be extremely confident in interfacing with clients and prospects of the highest level. The candidate should have great experience and understanding of the event industry in Cairo, and in the United States or United Kingdom.

Full time – Cairo, Egypt

Responsibilities:
•Build positive working relationship with clients and partners.
•Represent the company in planning meetings and with clients throughout sales process.
•Managing events and resources to achieve profitability.
•Partner with Sales team on Estimates and meeting clients’ expectations on billing.
•Partner with financial team on final billing.
•Provide outstanding customer service to clients both internally and externally. Build relationships with clients.

Requirements:
•Native English speaker, (USA, UK, Australia, Canada)
•High School Diploma
•5+ years of Event Planning or Event Management Experience
•2+ years of Management/Supervisory Experience
•Proficient with internet, learning company utilized software, email, and Microsoft suite of products
•Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends with limited notice
•Lives in Cairo

Preferred Skills:
•Event Planning Certification (CMP, GTP etc…)
•Prior experience in similar role
